No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties .

We are not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through the SMS service.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of state of FL. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of state of FL.
